Youth Association

                                                Our church youth group is becoming one of the key organizations of our church. Most of the youths are already active participants in the church; either in choir, alter boys, or leadership in other areas. Most importantly what we are hoping to accomplish through the youth group is fellowship in the Lord, learning about the Lord, and a place where the youth can grow together in their faith.

                                                      We are still trying to improve our youth group. It originally started when many of the older youth were in high school. But, they left for college, the vitality of youth group fell to becoming nearly non-existent. As the younger youth group grew up, a separate youth group for the young youth was formed. We later realized that we should have more tightly integrated the young and old youth groups. This is what we are working for now: to increase the fellowship among the older and younger youth. In addition, as a member of the Syrian faith, we are trying to increase our participation in the  youth activities; as well as our Archdiocesan youth programs. Please keep us in your prayers.
